The Success Institute is a success coaching and training organization based in Baton Rouge, LA. Founded by Anne Cucchiara in 2002, The Success Institute prides itself on offering a comprehensive suite of group, 1-on-1, and corporate coaching and training programs for youth and adults. At the Success Institute, we are passionate about seeing the change in individuals, organizations and communities as a result of our action-driven programs.

To us, honesty often means being brave: even when we have to communicate to our clients something that’s really hard, we’ll talk about it if it’s going to help them move forward and better their lives. Sometimes we have to be the bearers of bad news… but we always say the things we need to say to help people grow and stretch.
At The Success Institute, Service is more than just a word.
We truly want our customers to be happy, meaning we want them to be getting a benefit from the training and coaching we provide. To this end, we believe the main element of our service is being present. We are there for our clients when they call. We are responsive. We listen to their needs and follow through. It is exactly why we are excited to get out of bed in the morning.
We view loyalty as a 2-way street.
As opposed to the traditional view, where loyalty is something expected from the client, we love giving more than we do receiving. What this means is that we believe we have a real partnership with each client and we are only successful when our clients are.
To us, loyalty is tangible. We use our clients’ products or services, we promote their businesses and we talk about them to our families, friends and neighbors. Your success really is our business.

Our Founder
Anne graduated from the University of Louisiana with a BA in Sociology & Psychology and completed her coach training at the Corporate Coach University. She is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach and Trainer. Her 20 years of experience allow Anne to help clients overcome challenges, resolve conflicts, get clarity, challenge self-defeating thoughts, discover their passions and accelerate to awesome. As a Certified Facilitator and Mediator, Anne facilitates productive meetings and workshops, engaging coaching sessions and effective discussions that improve your people, performance and profits.
Since launching The Success Institute, Anne has been helping youth, adults and organizations achieve lasting success.
Anne is uniquely qualified to help you tackle the challenges life throws at you. She has overcome incredible obstacles and dealt with tragedies and transitions and uses her unique personal experience to guide both people and organizations.

When she is not busy working with her clients, Anne enjoys attending her 11 year old son’s sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
